Great Smoky Mountains Peace Pagoda

Denise asked Jim and me to stay for dinner during our visit. This is a magnificent view of the mountains in the background. As you can see, our dinner table was set.

It struck me that the Peace Pagoda indeed does affirm the sanctity of all life when I saw that they had even built the deck around a tree instead of cutting it down.
