Another 17 miles today which brings our total to 88. Whew! The willingness of others to help us along this journey is nothing less than amazing. People of all faiths and cultures have given us their hearts. There is simply not enough time or space to write them all. One thing for sure is that we will remember them in our hearts. We present our hosts with a Certificate of Participation for helping us and as a group we give prayers to each location we stay at both when we arrive and as seen in the pictures on the left above when we depart. We have never gone hungry either thanks to the generosity of so many. We thank you all so very much.

I am not sure how many Flame Walkers are on this walk but it's a bunch. Shigeko Nakajima left above is one of them. Inge and Taka, center, are core group members of the International Peace Pilgrimage and the picture on the right is the entire walking group. They just had supper and were ready to GO TO SLEEP for the night. A much needed rest. It takes about a week to get your "walking legs" ready to go.
