The Church of the Brethren.

The day began to a good start, the Reverend Craig Loewen made us pancakes for breakfast.... feeling all sugared up we began our trek. It was a chilly April morning but thankfully a break from the wind.

Blue sky surrounding us the sun warmed up quick, as well as our spirits. With a 16 mile hike ahead to our destination, the Mahogony First Presbyterian Church of Dillsburg, we started walking with our minds on the present.

Its so amazing to me how beautiful people can be to each other given the correct elements. Prayers, food, intention and purpose, this is so meaningful the way life should be in my opinion. Altough this is much sacrifice for us all, we in no way leave this experience unfulfilled.

Not only are we making positive impact on the world around us but in each of our hearts to carry with us through time.
