Gideon Burdick


   Gideon is from Cleveland Ohio and we when we asked Gideon why he was here he stated:

"I'm here because I know how easy it is to make a difference. You just have to find the right people who have the guts enough to do it with".

   He continued:

   "I've done many activist actions back at home and I have affected my community and I know that for sure. To be able to come out here in a national park and with people from all over the country it is an awesome chance to affect more people and help out the environment which needs help as well. I don't know how content I would be if we sat around all day and did nothing. But we are doing things and we are making a difference. At the end of the day when we put down our tools we see that we have helped Mother Nature".
