After our hectic yet thoroughly enjoyable time up at Faslane we said our goodbyes to the Peace Camp - having made some great friends it was hard to leave!!

Loading up the van we all headed to the Dumbarton Prison to pick up the men who had been released first and then onto Clydebank Prison to pick up the women. Some of the walkers were leaving us so we had a final farewell to the amazing people who joined the group and participated in the actions at Faslane. We then made our way back down to Glasgow to rest and rejuvenate back in the restful old halls of Lansdowne Church on Great Western Rd.

We would like to thank everyone from all over the world who has joined us on the walk so far from Dublin. Each person has contributed to an amazing walk which has made our experience rich in strong friendships, music, songs, color, laughter, prayers and compassion.

I have been inspired, uplifted and incredibly amazed at each persons’ energy and am forever thankful and grateful for you all that we have met along the way and walked with so far. To all of the people all over the world who are thinking about and praying for the walk we thank you for your support that encourages us to keep walking.
