Hi my name is Jeff McKenzie and I will be participating in the International Peace Pilgrimage, November 2003 - August 2004. I am creating this group to keep in contact with family, friends and anyone interesting in learning more about the world we live in and how everything interconnects. I'll try and keep you update on all the fascinating people that will be on the pilgrimage and those we meet along the way. I will also share what I learn as I go, about the nuclear cycle and how it affects all of us, especially the Indigenous people's around the world.
So hop on and sign up for the listserv, better yet, if you can join the pilgrimage for a day or a week or more let me know. My international travel really starts in Vienna, Austria, where I join my girlfriend sometime between the 10th-13th of October. November 1st, we head Down Under where we'll be until April 10th. My fellow walkers and I will then fly to Japan to continue the walk until we reach Hiroshima and Nagasaki, in August 2004.
This is also the only place I will be checking for your emails and responding to you, either in the form of a post to everyone or in a personal email. If you want to post something to the listserv, send it to me and let me know I can post it to everyone. Just remember I have no idea how often I will have internet access, so there maybe times nothing gets posted or answered for a few weeks at a time.
