Stop The Bombs International Peace Walk - 2005
The person on the far left is one of the guards. You cannot see it in the picture but there is a "blue line" painted on the road all the way across. Crossing this line gets you arrested for trespassing on Federal property. The last Peacemaker to do this at Y12 was Patrick Liteky.
