Big hello`s to you all..
Sorry we have not been in contact much!!!! But have been surviving on about 4 hours sleep a night!!!!! The walk is now finished and it seems like the longest 9 months of my life... We had around 70 people for the last month and maybe over 100 for the last 5 days.... I think I am heading to the states in a month, my visa here is finished so I have to leave untill me and Atsuko can sort out the visa stuff... We are busy trying to make a video at the moment, and looking for places to screen it when I get there... Any ideas!!!!!! I was thinking of going down to join the SOA walk , Stoping of on the way all over the place.... Maybe flying into Seattle on the 18th of SEP!!! Not sure of our plans but coming to see you all is a big part of it... and wondering if it is OK to bring a few people with me.... maybe 3!!! Also I am having some crazy ideas at the moment... One of them is that the Non proliferation treaty conference in N.Y around May... I would love to walk from Y-12 to N.Y, I am not sure if there has been any talk about the NPT conference... I would love to talk more with you and Ralph and others about this... I talked to Steve Leeper in Hiroshima, he is woking with Mayors for peace and would love to be involved some how... They are having a gathering in N.Y at this time... Also I am writing to Utsumi and Denise about this... Sorry I have to go for now... Talk to you all later... Marcus |
