Julia is from the Boston Massachusetts area. During her interview she stated:
"I'm here for very much the same reasons that a lot of other people are here. A big thing for me is to have the opportunity to build and work outside for a month. It's very different than what I do at home. I live in an urban suburb of Boston and I want the chance to just do physical labor". "I want not to shower. It feels much better and more natural to me to be wet when it rains and be comfortable with that. Being outside is more comfortable for me.
