Action At Y12 - 2004

   Lissa McLeod, left, stands with three others who chained theirselves together on the street. They were among the last to be arrested because a cutter had to be found before the authorities could free them. They were really packed pretty tight and were on the ground for a long time. After they were freed it looked like they were pretty cramped. The men either had a pretty hard time standing up or they were resisting nonviolently to the last because the police dragged them most of the way to the police cars.
