Robin MacRostie - Marathon News

  Hi

This Saturday was the longest stretch so far - 18 miles. It was hot. A good chance to test equipment.

I spent half of it cross training with my team on the bike path. My bike is now a rolling advertisement for the Train to End Stroke Program[ see Donation Page of Robin MacRostie]

Then I joined my spouse where he was selling raffles [Raffle Prizes: Daisy's Restaurant, Henion Bakery, Trader Joe, Video To Go, and Choreo GRAPHIC Design ] on Amherst Common and continued walking laps [once around the common is .4 miles]. Some of the groups I share(d) the Common with are The Amherst Famers' Market, ARHS Untimate Frisbee Team tag sale, Amherst Ballet flower baskets sale, League of Women Voters Book Sale, Moving Zen Karate, Amherst town fair carnival.

Kidsports/Adult Kinetic Fitness, Golds Gym, and Primo Pizzaria Too are selling Have a Hearts. Thank you to these business and other colleagues and friend for support.

There's still time to make donations and to buy raffles, and Have a Hearts.

Goal:
26.2 miles (June 20)
$3900.00 - June 7

miles trained - 389
funds raised $1821.10

Be well, be happy.

Getting along with the grace of Gatorade
