Prisoners Of Conscience
The Run - Invitations

Jim of course had already seen the email so once I had heard back from Jon Blickenstaff I then sent personalized emails such as the one below to the rest of the Runners I thought might participate. This email was sent to the following Runners: Will Whyte, Terry Stagman, Meagen Kresge, Pumla Pamla, Fran Hardaway, Christy Whitten-Amadon, Paul Murphy, Gary Linden, Day Baylog, Kathy Ahlstrom, Curtis Gutter, Albert RunningWolf, Peggy Baylog and Jon Burkindine. I also tried to send it to Sean Malloy but his email was continuously full, go figure, and I sent a copy to Marcus and Atsuko as a courtesy.

Curtis:

I am making a personal appeal to all Runners to join Jim, Jules, Jon Blickenstaff and myself in a Run For Freedom "Prisoners of Conscience". It will be from Little Turtle to FCI Manchester Ky where Erik Johnson is imprisoned. A prayer vigil will be held at the end of the run..

It will be on either the 23rd or 30th of November. I am praying that we can get enough runners to fo this run in one day, It is about 190 miles. Jim will be following up wiyh details.

To me this is "what the Run For Freedom is truly about".

We will, of course, feature Leonard, as we always do, as well as Patrick Liteky, Erik Johnson and the remainder of the SOA43. I have the addresses of most if not all of them and I am writing each and everyone of them telling them of this event.

The finish with the prayer vigil is the most important part. We need everyone who can possibly make it. You might get another email on this from my mass emailing. I have so many names now it is difficult to go back and take this one out and put this one in, etc. But I did want to contact you myself so there you have it.

If you want to read Erik's latest click the Watch below. I know you will find it rewarding.

Please check back and let me know if you want to participate.

More later. Blessed are the Peacemakers.
A hug and much love        John

John,
Both those dates look probably open to me, though the 23rd looks more open. Let me know which day it'll be and I'll let you know if we can make it.
