| Sometime in the wee hours of the morning the runners from FootPrints For Peace, 8 courageous and strong souls, arrived at Jim and Judy's home. They just fell asleep in a field in back of the house to grab a few hours sleep before starting their run. The run, SOAW Run - 2004, is in solidarity with this peace walk converging on Ft. Benning, the walk from the North, the run from the South. Most all those involved are here in this picture taken just a few minutes before the walkers head out for the last 12 mile segment thru Columbus Georgia, home of Ft. Benning and the SOA. |
