| The end of the line! The very last segment of the walk ended with rain. We managed to find shelter in an abandoned building to wait out most of it but none the less had to finish in the rain. As I look at this picture taken in front of the Columbus Civic Center it brings back a flood of memories I will carry with me all the days of my life. I pray that somewhere, sometime, somehow, our brothers and sisters in Central and South America will stumble across this picture and look at the faces of these remarkable and brave individuals who want nothing more than to bring peace and justice to all humanity and end the violence! That much we do want IN OUR NAME! |
