Do you believe the vast majority of people in any county are evil?
Do you believe that the vast majority of people in any country would kill us all if they had the opportunity?
Evil as I understand it is an inherent part of human nature, which manifests in any moment in the form of choice. Therefore, the answer from my point of view is yes, all the humans in every country inherently carry the seed of evil in us. I would not say that the evil outweighs the good in any country.
I do not believe that the majority of people in any country are interested in kiling, although I do believe that some frighteningly large and vocal pro death fractions of the wholes do exist, in this country and others.
