Brother NorthStar and Peacemaker Jon Blickenstaff stand at the head of the Serpent. Jon and Brother NorthStar have been on several peace pilgrimages together and Jon wanted to spend the day with NorthStar.

They are facing a cliff that overlooks Brush Creek. Down at the creek level there is a cemetary presumed to be that of the indigenous peoples who either built or worshipped at the mound itself.
