Jon Blickenstaff stands atop Tecumseh's rock. The legend tells of Techuseh standing upon this same rock speaking to the chiefs who where gathered in the amphitheater.

In the summer the entire george is shaded with trees and the only sunlight that can be seen comes through the falls area in the background. It gives a cathedral like appearence.
