It's been five years now since we started this project and two years since we created the Memories page. Boy have things changed. First off If you would like to re-visit those memories just click on the Memories - 2005 link to the left and enjoy finding out what we looked like a couple of years ago.

Some of the obvious changes may be seen at the bottom of this page. For example we have added what we call a Navigation Bar to every page. The link to this tool can usually be found on the left hand side of all the new pages created and it has also been added to many of the existing pages. This new feature provides you with a way to navigate through this web site as well as FootPrints For Peace using the Search feature. Keep in mind that there are over 15,000 pages, pictures, documents, et al, in this web site and that dosen't include the FootPrints web site. To find what you may be looking for is difficult if not impossible without such a tool. Additionally we have added a feedback for so that you can send us any information or comments concerning the page you are viewing.

One of Peacehq's primary missions has been to becoming the archiver for all FootPrints For Peace events. As these events occur Peacehq records them on a daily basis from information and pictures sent as often as possible by the road managers. This allows friends, relatives, sister and brother walkers and other interested parties to keep up with the progress of the walk or run being conducted by FootPrints For Peace. Several examples of this can be seen at Interfaith Peace Walk Towards a Nuclear Free Future and more recently Peace Walk - Atlanta to Fort Benning, Close the SOA - November 10th-18th, 2007.

Just in case you have not gone back and read the previous Memories pages the last two paragraphs have been kept on this page.

It seems that Peacehq attracted people who were interested in history. All us Stewards seem to have that in common. One thing about good historians in that they just want to record history, not change history. So one of the things you will see in this site are recordings using the first archaic technology, see Hiroshima Flame Interfaith Peace Walk - 2002 as well as several other templates developed early on such as the Atlanta to SOA Peace Pilgrimage - 2002 to what you see today, Stop The Bombs International Peace Walk.

So while things will change from time to time nothing that was posted on this site will be deleted. It's still here some where and when you stumble across it remember, it is what it was, it is history!

Peace and love
